SPORTS LAW

We represent individual athletes and coaches and provide consulting services to agencies and sports clubs. Our services dedicated to sports include, in particular, the following:

1. drafting and negotiating employment contracts;

2. drafting and negotiating sponsorship and advertising agreements;

3. consultancy related to contracts concluded and planning one’s sports career;

4. assistance with problem solving as related to existing contracts;

5. representation in contractual disputes;

6. dispute resolution, in particular including mediation, appealing against disciplinary measures, management of judicial and administrative proceedings;

7. representation of athletes and sports clubs in arbitration proceedings and proceedings at general courts (regarding objection in the context of an action brought against the arbitration award, as well as acknowledgement and declaring enforceability of arbitration court ruling).
